Warranty against ceramic/glass damage during shipment:
If the bouquet container (ceramic/glass) is broken or damaged in your Bonbon Bears Candy Bear Bouquet during shipment, please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, OR possible replacement of the broken item (if stock permits).
Shipping Transit Time Guarantees:
Cancellations and Returns:
Since our Bonbon Bears bouquets are custom made, very fragile, and perishable, we cannot take cancellations and returns. If you are simply unhappy with your bouquet (and the container was not broken/damaged during shipment), please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery. We want you to be happy so we will do our best to offer a partial refund/compensation.
Failed Deliveries due to Invalid/Undeliverable Address:
If your Bonbon Bears bouquet does not get delivered/gets returned to us due to your shipping address being undeliverable, please Contact Us (or we will contact you). We will issue a refund of your purchase total, less the original shipping fee + $10 handling fee. OR if we get a corrected address we will be happy to re-ship the bouquet with an additional shipping fee.
NOTES ON WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
During the warmer months we ship the bear bouquets with ice packs if temps are 80° or higher, but please BE CAREFUL - we cannot guarantee the chocolates will not melt, since the amount of time the package remains outside after delivery (or an unusual transit delay) is out of our control. If you ship a Candy Bear Bouquet during the warmer months, please refer to our Warm Weather Shipping Options/please be sure someone is available to retrieve it, and store it in a cool place immediately after it is delivered.
