warm weather shipping

During the warmer months (April through September), we pack the Candy Bear Bouquets with ice packs if temps are 80° or higher.  But PLEASE BE CAREFUL - we cannot guarantee chocolates will not melt, since the amount of time the package is left outside, or the rare event of a transit delay is beyond our control.  

NOTE:  During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday and Friday, to keep the packages from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. 

Recommended options if destination temperature 80° or higher:

• Choose "All Non-Chocolate" during your order.  Candies may include Skittles, Starburst, Sour Patch, Gummy Bears, Nerds, Airheads, Twizzlers, Payday, Caramels, Nostalgic candies, More (assortment may vary).  
• OR if choosing chocolate, use Express shipping.  But BE CAREFUL - Though the ice packs may keep the chocolates cool for approximately 24 hours, please be sure someone will be available to retrieve the package, and store it in a cool place immediately after it is delivered.  We cannot guarantee the chocolates will not melt, since the amount of time the package is left outside, or the rare event of a transit delay is beyond our control.
