Customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. If anything is broken or damaged in your Candy Bear Bouquet during shipment, please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, or possible replacement of the broken item (if stock permits). The only exception is in the event the chocolates melt during the warmer months. During the warmer months we cannot guarantee the chocolates will not melt. Though we ship the bear bouquets with ice packs, the amount of time the package remains outside after delivery (or an unusual transit delay) is out of our control. If you ship a Candy Bear Bouquet during the warmer months, please refer to our Warm Weather Shipping Options/please be sure someone will be available to retrieve it, and store it in a cool place immediately after it is delivered. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details on our shipping procedures.
If your candy bear bouquet does not get delivered/gets returned to us due to your shipping address being undeliverable, please Contact Us (or we will contact you). We will issue a refund of your purchase total, less the original shipping fee + $10 handling fee, or attempt to re-ship the bouquet with an additional shipping fee.

- USPS Express and FedEx Ground/2 Day Shipping - the transit time is guaranteed. *EXCEPTION - FedEx is NOT GUARANTEED DURING EXTREME WEATHER, and NOT GUARANTEED DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, plus FedEx Ground is NOT GUARANTEED from 11/26 - 12/24, and FedEx 2 Day is NOT GUARANTEED from 12/18 - 12/24. If your candy bear bouquet is delivered outside the guaranteed transit time, please Contact Us to receive a full refund of your shipping fee.
- USPS Priority, Summertime Priority, FedEx Ground/2 Day exceptions stated above, and FedEx Smartpost - though the transit times on these shipping options are not guaranteed, if your candy bear bouquet is delivered more than 3 days outside of the estimated transit times, please Contact Us for a full refund of your shipping fee.
